Websites & digital systems for local service businesses
A website that sells your work as well as you do it.
We design and build websites for local service businesses — new sites, redesigns, and landing pages, plus the quote flows behind them. Clear services, honest pricing, and easy ways to call, text, or request a quote. When it helps, we add AI intake and follow-up systems too.
The site loads fast and looks like the professional they're hoping for.
7:43 PM
Services and prices are right there
No digging, no guessing — the page answers their first three questions.
7:46 PM
They send a quote request with details
Job type, location, and what they need — enough to price it in one reply.
Next morning
You reply once. Job booked.
One message instead of a week of phone tag.
That's the job of a good website: it earns the inquiry and makes it easy to say yes. Intake and follow-up systems take it from there.
Most service businesses don't have a demand problem. They have a capture problem.
People are already finding you — from Google, referrals, truck signage, and social media. The question is what happens in the two minutes after they do.
Missed calls go quiet
You're on a job with your hands full. Someone calls, doesn't leave a voicemail, and books with whoever answers next. Without a text-back system, that lead is usually gone for good.
The website doesn't pull its weight
An outdated site — or no site — makes a good business look like a gamble. Visitors can't find prices, services, or service areas, so they leave without contacting you at all.
The same questions, all day
How much is it? Do you come to me? What areas do you cover? Every repeated answer is time off the job — and every unanswered one is a customer who moved on.
Bad leads waste good hours
Price shoppers, out-of-area requests, and vague “how much?” messages arrive scattered across calls, texts, DMs, and forms. Without intake questions that qualify inquiries up front, you sort them out one conversation at a time.
None of this needs more ad spend to fix. It needs a website and intake process built to capture and sort the demand you already have.
Websites first — with the systems to back them up
Start with a site that presents your business properly. Add the lead-flow and AI layers when they earn their place.

This is probably for you if…
You get found through Google, referrals, or social media — but too few of those turn into booked jobs
You answer your own phone and can't always get to it
Your current site is outdated, DIY, or missing entirely
You quote most jobs before booking them
You want a fixed-scope project, not a monthly marketing retainer
We're probably not the right fit if you're looking for e-commerce, a large multi-location platform, or ongoing ad management. We build focused sites and intake systems, and we'd rather say that up front.
Example build
Shine Pro Mobile Detailing
Shine Pro is a demo website we built for a fictional mobile detailing company. It's not a client project — it's one example of the kind of website we build for local service businesses: mobile-first, clearly priced, and structured to turn visitors into real inquiries, from the first headline to the quote confirmation.
What the build demonstrates
A mobile-first layout built for customers searching from their phone
Service packages with clear pricing, so visitors self-qualify before they reach out
A quote request form that collects vehicle, condition, and location details up front
An FAQ section that handles the questions every detailer answers daily
A service-area section so out-of-area inquiries filter themselves out
A sticky call/text bar that keeps contact one tap away while scrolling
Shine Pro is a demonstration build, not a paying client, and we don't claim any results from it. It exists so you can judge the work itself.

CallText
A structural preview of the Shine Pro demo — package pricing, quote flow, FAQ, service area, and a sticky call/text bar, built for phones.
Quote form with job details
An inquiry that arrives with vehicle, condition, and location attached can be priced in one reply instead of five back-and-forth messages.
Pricing shown up front
Visitors who can see rough prices either move forward or move on — both outcomes save you time on the phone.
Sticky call/text bar on mobile
Most local service traffic is on a phone. Keeping call and text one thumb-tap away removes the biggest point of drop-off.
FAQ built from real questions
Every question answered on the page is a call you don't have to stop work for — and a customer who doesn't bounce while waiting.
When you're ready: an intake layer that works while you work
An optional upgrade for businesses that want inquiries answered, qualified, and followed up automatically. Worth adding when it solves a real problem — easy to skip when it doesn't.
An intake system is the set of scripts, questions, and automations that handle a new inquiry from first contact to booked job. Most service businesses run this from memory, between jobs, on whichever phone is closest. We write it down, tighten it, and automate the parts that shouldn't depend on you being free.
Our stance on AI
We use AI where it earns its place — drafting responses, answering common questions, and qualifying leads after hours. We won't recommend a chatbot where a better form and two good scripts would do the job. The measure is booked jobs, not how much automation we can sell you.
Missed-call text-back
When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text within a minute — acknowledging them, asking the first qualifying question, and keeping the lead warm until you're off the job.
Lead qualification
A short set of questions — on your form, in your texts, or handled by a chat assistant — that separates ready-to-book customers from out-of-area requests and price shoppers before you invest time.
FAQ response bank
Your best answers to the questions you get every week, written once and reused everywhere: website, text replies, and chat. Fast, consistent, and accurate even when you're busy.
Follow-up sequences
Most quotes don't die from a no — they die from silence. A simple, polite follow-up sequence brings quiet leads back without you having to remember anyone.
AI chat & automation — when it fits
A chat assistant that answers common questions and takes quote details after hours, plus automation matched to the tools you already use. Recommended only when a good form and two scripts aren't enough.
Three ways to start
Every package is a fixed-scope project with a clear deliverable. No retainers, no lock-in.

Fair questions, straight answers
Do you only build lead-capture websites?
No. Websites are the core of what we do — new builds, redesigns, landing pages, and service pages. The lead-flow and AI intake work is an upgrade layer for businesses that want it, not a requirement. Plenty of projects are simply: make the site professional, clear, and easy to contact.
Can you redesign my existing site instead of starting over?
Yes. If your current site has good bones, we keep what works and fix the structure, copy, and mobile experience. The audit tells us which route makes sense — sometimes it's a cleanup, sometimes a rebuild genuinely pays for itself. Either way you get a straight recommendation with reasons.
Do I need AI or a chatbot?
No, and we won't push one. The website and intake scripts stand on their own. AI earns its place for after-hours coverage, high inquiry volume, or repetitive questions — if that's not your situation, we'll say so and build you something simpler.
Do you only work with certain industries?
We specialize in appointment-based service businesses — detailing, cleaning, landscaping, med spas, and the like — because their websites share the same jobs: explain services, show prices, and collect good quote requests. If you're outside those niches but your work gets booked by inquiry, we can probably help. Ask.
Do you handle hosting and domain setup?
Yes. Hosting setup and domain connection are part of every build, and we'll help you register a domain if you don't have one. Everything goes in accounts you own, registered in your name — no hostage domains.
How does the free audit work?
You fill out the form below. We review your current website (or what shows up when customers search for you), how inquiries reach you, and where leads are likely slipping. You get a short, plain-English writeup of what we'd fix first. It's genuinely free, and it's useful whether or not you hire us.
Are prices fixed or custom quoted?
Custom quoted, then fixed. After the audit we scope your project and agree on one number before work starts — no hourly meters, no surprise add-ons, no retainers. If a smaller package covers what you need, that's what we'll recommend.
How long does a build take?
Most projects go from kickoff to launch in a few weeks. The usual bottleneck is gathering your photos, prices, and service details — we give you a short checklist up front so that part moves quickly.
Do I own the website?
Yes — fully. The site, the domain, the content, and every script we write are yours. We show you how to make routine updates at handoff, and per-request edits are available if you'd rather send us changes. Nothing is held behind a monthly fee.
Find out where your leads are slipping
Tell us a little about your business. We'll review your website, Google presence, and intake process, then send you a short, specific breakdown — free, no strings.
